The Seller, as the personal data controller, processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Personal data are processed for the purpose of:

• order fulfillment

• performance of contractual obligations

• accounting

• customer communication

Personal data may be transferred to third parties only to the necessary extent (carriers, payment services, e-shop technical operation).

The data subject has the right to access their data, rectify them, erase them or restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
