TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SOLE TRADER)
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer arising in connection with the conclusion of a purchase agreement through the online store operated on the website ŠPERKOW.CZ.

The seller is an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 420 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.
The buyer is a consumer or entrepreneur who concludes a purchase agreement with the seller through the e-shop.
By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.
All orders made through the e-shop are binding.
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the seller, which is sent to the buyer by e-mail.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of an obvious error in the price of the goods, unavailability of the goods, or for other legitimate reasons.
Prices of goods are stated including all taxes and fees, unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods are listed during the order process in the e-shop checkout.
Shipping methods and their prices are listed during the order process.
Delivery time depends on the availability of the goods and the chosen shipping method.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer bears the costs associated with returning the goods.
Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, and complete.
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding liability for defects are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
Complaints will be processed no later than 30 days from their submission.
These terms and conditions are valid in the wording stated on the seller's website on the day the order is submitted.
The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
